FOURTH CIRCUIT ELECTRONIC FILING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REVIEW
Approval for electronic filing in the Fourth Circuit requires that you successfully complete either (i) a training class or (ii) the “Appearance of Counsel” and “Motion to Seal” electronic learning modules and the on-line “Policies and Procedures Review.” The Policies and Procedures Review is based upon the Fourth Circuit ECF User Guide, which is available at www.ca4.uscourts.gov. You must answer 9 out of 10 questions correctly to successfully complete the Review. You may take the Review as many times as necessary to successfully complete it.
